Welcome to Semta's National Skills Academy for Manufacturing (the Skills Academy) knowledge Assessment Centre for Trainers and Assessors wishing to demonstrate this knowledge and understanding in Business Improvement Techniques.

Before you start this diagnostic please note the following:

• Please ensure you have a calculator to hand as some of the questions require a calculation.  

• Please ensure if you are running in Windows 8 you put your browser into compatibility mode.

• After each test you might want to print your results, if you come out of the test before printing you will be unable to do this.

At the beginning of each unit you will be asked for:

• Your Full Name
• Your Company Name
• Your Email Address
• The Awarding Body's ID you are taking this through

All this information is imperative for your results to be accurate so please fill these out carefully.
