Welcome to the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Centre for Trainers and Assessors involved with delivering and supporting Level 2 (NVQ) Diploma in Business Improvement Techniques (QCF).

Through this page the National Skills Academy for Manufacturing (the Skills Academy) learning partners can develop and prepare themselves for their role within an assessment centre assessing B-IT qualifications.

This is Stage 1 of a 3 stage process. More information regarding Stages 2 and 3 and other Skills Academy CPD activities can be obtained by contacting your Regional Skills Academy team.

Before you commence you will need to have:

1) a current User ID provided by the Skills Academy team in your region.

2) your 10 digit unique learner number (http://www.qca.org.uk)
