Semta's National Skills Academy for Manufacturing (the Skills Academy) exists to provide the sector with the training it needs to stay world-class.

The Skills Academy Leadership

Masters

The Skills Academy Leadership Masters, a work-based leadership programme, has been created to ensure that the learner's employer therefore loses very little work time, but gains measurable business performance improvement.

The programme is directly aimed at small and medium sized businesses and consists of three modules which are taken independently and built to achieve the Masters Degree.

The next available date for this programme is March 2010 and will be delivered by Bob Gibbon and Paul Sefton. Please register interest as soon as possible as the places are filling fast.
